BBE Social was founded by me (Bibi) at the end of 2020. Before starting my own business, I worked for years in the health insurance sector and also for a large customer service company. However, during my work, I saw several areas for improvement, and I regularly thought, “If I did it myself, it would be different.”
After seeing an ad on Facebook, I took the plunge and started my own BBE Social business. This immediately gave me a very good feeling, and after a few months, I could take the next step: not renewing my contract at the time and focusing fully on BBE Social. This worked out well and motivated me to make BBE Social a beautiful company that supports e-commerce entrepreneurs in the most “nasty” job called customer service.
